Make minute rice the day before or in the morning. I make 5 cups. This is enough for my family of 4 don't season
I dice 8 skinless boneless chicken strips season with salt, pepper & garlic salt. I cook it in a wok you can use a frying pan use enough oil tocover bottom of pan.
When this is cooling cut bell peppers in thin strips about 1/2 inch long. I use green,red and yellow bell peppers. When chicken I'd no longer pink, add bell peppers. Cut green onions I use 2. Add them. Cut for about 5 min stirring. Add frozen peas & carrots. Cook about another 5 min. I push this all to one side add rice I use an entire small bottle of soy sauce on the rice. I stir the chicken and veggies in till all mixed up. Fry ( in seperate pan) an egg. Add to rice cook til rice is hot. Don't stir but turn it over

Oh yumm! Will try this week... Im not sure about the entire bottle of soy sauce.. just because Im cheap... I will try half a bottle..
