I started taking the weight loss issue seriously again a couple of weeks ago. I want to lose at LEAST 20 lbs by the end of May.
I've been eating TONS of fruits and veggies and good oils instead of bad, etc etc etc..
A couple of days ago I started drinking 4-6 cups of green tea for the antioxidants but this morning when I weighed in I had dropped 8 lbs!
I noticed yesterday that the green tea seemed to act like an appetite suppresant but I wasn't sure. Im still not sure how much the green tea has to do with it but Im going to keep drinking it!

I've reached -10lbs! It's time to ramp up the amount of excersise I think.. Im going to try to start getting at least an hour in now instead of 30 mins.
