I was wondering if anyone knows whether any of these programs don't make you fill out a W-9 upfront? I realize that I would have to if I near $600, but I just want to find one that I can put off until then.
Thanks, Danielle

None that I know of. It's like starting a job. They want all that information on the first day. If you have doubts about a program let me know and I can tell you what I know about it.

I started Drcredit earlier this week (did a search for it here and found nothing :/) I am pretty happy so far. If you want more info just pm me or click the link in my sig. I'm going to keep doing to for about a month before I write a proper review. But if you want I'll fill you in on the whole shebang so far.

Dr Credit is kind of interesting though the jury (in my mind is still out) this is their rules.
To be an authorized affiliate of DrCredit.com, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Please read this agreement carefully before registering and using the DrCredit.com service as an affiliate. By signing up for the DrCredit.com affiliate program, you indicate your acceptance of this agreement and its terms and conditions.
1. Joining the Program By filling out the sign-up form you will automatically become an affiliate and are bound by the terms of this agreement. Your participation in the program is solely for this purpose: to legally advertise our website to receive a commission on products purchased by your referral individuals.
2. Although we may credit your NLS account with FREE traffic from our pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, we cannot guarantee that such PPC traffic will be delivered to your NLS. However we DO guarantee commissions of at least $100 within 24 hours of us starting your FREE advertising offered via TrialPay.
3. We may, in our sole discretion, and at any time, discontinue your NLS, with or without notice to you. We also reserve the right to bar you from access to our Service. You don't have to worry about this unless you are one of those truly rotten apples that spoils the whole barrel.
4. All affiliate programs (including ours) have predetermined minimum payment thresholds that must be reached before commissions are paid. Earnings are always held until the minimum payment threshold is reached. The minimum payment threshold for our affiliate program is $200.
5. Revocation of Affiliate Status # Your affiliate application and status in the program may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons: Inappropriate advertisements (False claims, misleading hyperlinks) # Spamming (mass email, mass newsgroup posting, etc...) # Advertising on sites containing/promoting illegal activities # Violation of intellectual property rights.
6. Affiliate Links You may use graphic and text links both on your website and in emails. The site may also be advertised "offline" in classified ads, magazines, and newspapers. You may use the graphics and text provided to you by us, or you may create your own as long as they are deemed appropriate according to the conditions above.
7. Affiliate Tracking When a web surfer clicks through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser that contains your affiliate username. Also, their IP address is tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When this person decides to buy a product, the script will look for this cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the affiliate who will be awarded the commission. Visitors sent through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time and the commission will still be awarded if the cookie is present in their browser and/or the are using the same IP address as the one logged in the database.
8. Terms of the agreement These terms will begin upon your sign-up with the affiliate program and will end when your affiliate account is terminated. The terms of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms is unacceptable to you, your only choice is to terminate your affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
9. Liability We will not be liable for indirect or accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking failures, loss of database files, and any results of "intents of harm" to the program or our website. We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect to the affiliate program and/or products sold at this site. We make no claim that the operation of the affiliate program and our website will be error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.
By filling out this form you acknowledge that you have read the terms and conditions, understand, and agree with them.
So they garentee $100 but $200 is the minimum payout.
If you are new to affiliate marketing be careful till there is more feedback.

Yeah, that's where the vague comes in, that 100 something does come within the next 24 hours but everything after that is in 20s and 30s. They do give helpful if not sorta obvious tips on how to guide traffic to your site (loans). The referrals (like my sig) are for tier.

Yeah, I do see what you mean. Affiliate marketing of any product be it from Click Bank or some program it is still up to you to do the 'grunt work' of marketing. Not everyone is up to it. It's work!!!! I'm playing around with about 5 (supposed free) programs right now to see how they work so I can review and or promote them as I do my sig programs.
I hope this one works out for you, if I have any concerns I will run them by you if you want.
