All You magazine had a recipe for a 90 calorie morning drink designed to reduce bloating and puffiness due to water retention. I bought everything to make it. I'm going to start drinking it tomorrow.
Blend ingredients until very smooth
1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley (leaves and stems) 1/4 cup pineapple (fresh, frozen, or canned-no sugar added) 2 tsp honey 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled and grated 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice 1/4 cup water

This tastes like grass. What I'd think grass would taste like.
The main taste it the parsely. The after taste is the pineapple.
I added more water, it was too thick. My kids both gagged when they looked at it.

ROFLMAO! Looking at the recipe, I was thinking it would be great without the parsley! I think if you substituted mint.. it would be fantastic! I can't imagine the mint would change the calories?
