#1238# Just starting a diet/exercise plan. It's tough. I'm doing a combo of Slim Fast/Special K meal replacement bars, with protein shakes in the morning and working out at the gym at least every other day.

Good Job! My wife and I have been dieting since January 5 and we have both lost about 10 pounds. What are your goals-if you don't mind me asking?

Wow, 10 pounds in 4 weeks is quite a bit of weight to take off. I'm wondering how much total weight you had/have to lose.

I started at 218 and I am 6'2''. I want to get down to about 195-200 and stay there for a while. I loose it easily but I am not disciplined to keep it off.

Hello All My wife and myself are also just starting a new diet thing started yesterday, were using Isagenix, going to give it a try, others say it works good, anyway I encourage you all in your dieting as it is never ever easy to do that.
