Yes, I have used it. I use the food tracker, read some of the articles and use the message board. I lost approximatley 30 lbs or so. They do a "plan" for you telling you how many calories to eat, what days to work out, give you some excercies, there are also groups you can join that have "mini" challenges, like no pop for a week, and stick to your calorie range for a week, just fun little interesting things. If you don't like it, it's not that you lose anything. =) I don't get anything for posting this, I just think it's a great tool. If you do join they have a "myspace" type thing where you can make a page about yourself. If so, look me up my user name is KaylaMarie.
