Keeping a food log is a great way to help you lose weight. 4 out of 5 Drs. say so I thought those of us here who want to lose weight can use this thread to keep track of what we are eating. Don't be shy, don't worry if you have a snack or sweets. Let's be honest and help each other.

Tuesday Jan 6th
Breakfast - bagel w/ cream cheese & 2 cups of tea
Lunch - corn dog and pasta salad
Dinner - Spaghetti, corn & garlic bread.
Drinks - vitamin water ( 1) and ice water
** if I snack, I'll add it later.
2 laffy taffy candies & 2 vanilla chews

Breakfast-2 eggs w/ham-200 cal bannana-100 cal Lunch-Kashai Chicken Meal-280 cal Snack-protein bar-210 cal Dinner-Carne Asada, beans, tortillas~600 cal Drinks-8 cups water 3 Michelob Ultras-285 cal Total-1685 cal but I'll probably have something before bed and add it to total Worked out on stair master and bicycle 50 minutes

Breakfast - bowl of cereal with milk, coffee with non-dairy creamer Lunch - coffee with non-dairy creamer Dinner - three tacos, coffee with non-dairy creamer Total calories - I haven't the foggiest!

Weds. Jan 7th
Breakfast bagel w/ cream cheese, cup of tea, 2 vanilla chews. (come on they are yummy, bad I know)
Lunch (again this will be bad) 2 cheese on a sticks ;D You know the hot dog on a stick place ? I going to get a pepper jack cheese on a stick, 2 of them.
Dinner a pollo bowl from El Pollo Loco chicken beans & rice.
2 laffy taffys , the sugar keeps me awake 3 more vanilla chewy candies
ice water & vitamin water

Thursday Jan 8th
Breakfast bagel, cream cheese & frapp
Lunch 4 ritz crackers & ice water
I was too tired to eat !
Dinner fried rice, chowmein, broccoli beef & pineapple chicken
I've eaten 1/2 of it.
Vitamin water
