I love english muffins and I love casseroles. I can't wait to try this recipe. www.gagirl.com/recipes/englishmuffin.html And it's only 5 points per serving which for a casserole with cheeses is not bad at all.

I thought tacos was breakfast, lunch and dinner around there? Well if it was up to ME, tacos, enchiladas and taco salads would be the normal fare for every meal.. however, it's winter and dh just doesn't understand that this it typical in the US.. I DID get him to eat vegetable beef soup and cheese bread for breakfast today (last nights leftovers) so I AM making progress Plus.. I have even got him to start ASKING for tacos for dinner.. HAPPY DANCE!
