Once you set your mind to it it is sooo easy to lose the weight.
I want to eat right so I can be a healthy person. I exercise everyday and believe exercise is just like eating & sleeping--I have to do it EVERYDAY.
We can all eat healthier & help each other & our friends & family by our example.
Good luck everyone!

I lost 23lbs 8 years ago, A lot Of People Say That I Looked Older Then, Then I Do Now. I Lost Mine By Cutting My Portions In Half & Exercising. After Losing My Weight I Decided To Start Helping Other, I Became Certified By The American Council On Exercise As A Personal Fitness Traner. If you would like to to see my before and after go to my Fit Community Challenge Web.

Kozz,
That is so awesome!!! I lost 30-35 pounds and it's stayed off for a year now. I changed what I was eating and added exercise.
I have a few before photos and I NEVER want to look like that again.

I lost about 40 lbs. about 4 years ago & have kept it off. I am now at 135 & still have some more to lose.
It feels sooooo good. I did not go on a "diet" but cut the bad fats out of my diet. I just started to eat healthy & exercise every day. Also, I make sure I get 8 hours a sleep a night.
Like the member who is the trainer now I want to encourage others. They can do it.

Audrey, You have really done well too!! Congratulations & keep it up! I am so proud of myself. I only had 1 large kit kat over Halloween and that satisfied me. It really did not even taste that great. I eat very little if any candy but treated myself for Halloween! I also try to finish eating for the day as early as possible. Have a great day.

Know what I like? Weight Watchers makes a toffee ice cream bar. Oh my gosh, they are so good. If I want dessert, that's almost always what I'll eat.

Eileen,
You will do it. Just hang in there.
For Audrey, Eileen & others:
After dinner if I am craving something sweet I take a calcium chew. I buy the generic at Walmart or Walgreen's. They come in chocolate & carmel & have TONS of Calcium & Vit. D & will satisfy your sweet tooth. Or I make some decaf herbal tea. I like celestial seasonings.
