Hello, hope I'm posting this in the right section. I came across an interesting site that shows some facts about lot's of fast food items that you may not of heard of. The design may look dated, but the blog is definately going on. This is a pretty cool site for all those Dieters. www.foodfacts.info

The amount of fat and calories in fast food is unreal.

Thank goodness, it's been awhile since I ate Subway, it's ever delicious and I think the results shouldn't be so bad with all the freshness hehe

We eat Subway. I eat my sandwiches on either honey oat or wheat bread. I only wish they'd put just a bit more meat on, so I didn't feel like I was eating all bread.

I could. I won't on principal LOL. I don't take cheese on my sandwiches. They NEVER offer me an amount off for the no cheese. I also don't take ALL of the veggies. Again, no break on price.
What's funny is that if the manager is there he always makes sure my sandwishes have enough meat.
Also, it's just the one shop, but it's the shop most convienent to me.
If I order tuna, there's plenty.
I do like your idea, I just won't pay them the extra LOL.
