I lost 37 pds in 3 months I just drink water, have 1 or 2 energy drinks, coffee, or sports drink a week eat once a day like a salad. lettuce or spinach, olives, tomatoes ,peppers (you eat what you like! ) with vintager & extra virgin olive oil, any kind of beens I like baked with a little brown sugar lol & and you will too. Pop corn very lite butter no bread or pasta some torte chips hand full or two not the bag. Once a week or so I have a nice meal like fish or crabs sometimes meat but not a lot & some chili. Oh ya & once a month I eat a 1/2 pd box of dark chocolate with nuts! I like to pick on very little during the day & eat 8 hrs or so before I go to bed & it will help a great deal if you can do some lite work outs I like to use Resistance training you know like that rubber band thing with the handles for about 30 mins to an hour 3 times a week I hope this helps just use common sense that works for you good luck!

Nice intro post. I'm a popcorn lover. But I am pretty skinny hehe I need articles to gain weight haha

Some,
Are you working with a doctor? What you describe eating only once per day goes against everything any doctor has ever recommened.

Oh my gosh your starving your self. You need to take it off slowly and learn how to eat again, I eat what I want but half the portions of what I use to eat. Ive now kept my 25lbs off for 8 years now.
