I currently have two blogs. The first one I created records my experiences learning how to make money online. It's been up for almost a week now, yet I cannot post AdSense ads on that specific blog. The second one I created is for Christian Film Reviews. Google AdSense Ads DO work on this blog. I actually tried the same AdSense I was trying to get on my other blog, and it showed up fine. Does anyone know what's going on? Here are links to my blogs. 1. hoursx2.blogspot.com2. christianfilmreviews.com

I don't know what's going on. As long as you have your adsense code you should be able to go into your template and add it to whatever part of the blog you are putting it on. The only other thing would be that you need to have your blog approved but even if it wasn't, if I remember right, googles own adsense would be showing up which I don't see happening?
Have you went into the template and tried to add it and it isn't working or is there something else going on?

Yeah, I tried adding it to the hoursx2 blog. The same exact code works in the same exact way for the christianfilmreviews blog, yet for some reason it doesn't show up on the hoursx2 blog.

If you want, copy and paste a good section of the html and send it to me, I will see if I can see what's happening... copy a good chunk from before and after the google code. Just put it in a pm here.

Thanks for the offer, but the code has to be good because when I post the same exact code on my other blog it works. That's what's so confusing to me. The code works on one blog, but not on another.

Looking at the source code there is a huge difference. Here is the code that isn't working:
<script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-9217228684753159"; /* 250x250, hoursx2.2 */ google_ad_slot = "0583027268"; google_ad_width = 250; google_ad_height = 250; google_cpa_choice = ""; // on file //--></script> <script text="" javascript="" pagead="" src="" js="type=" com=""></script> </div>
Here is the code that is working:
<script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-9217228684753159"; /* 250x250, created 5/6/08 */ google_ad_slot = "3349219726"; google_ad_width = 250; google_ad_height = 250; google_cpa_choice = ""; // on file //--> </script> <script src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js" type="text/javascript"> </script>
<script type="text/javascript"><!-- google_ad_client = "pub-9217228684753159"; /* 250x250, created 5/8/08 */ google_ad_slot = "8130723250"; google_ad_width = 250; google_ad_height = 250; google_cpa_choice = ""; // on file //--> </script> <script src="http://pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/show_ads.js" type="text/javascript"> </script>
It looks to me like you didn't get the entire code copied in OR there might be some spaces showing up where they shouldn't be in the first code. It's hard to tell from just the source code.

Now how does one get to making money with adsense? I had adsense with writingup.com and I have it with Blogger and bloggerparty but never make enough to cash out?

You have to have a lot of traffic to make money with Adsense. A lot of people are unsuccessful with it. Alternatively you could try affiliate programs to make money with your blog.
