I try to eat healthy.
The hard part is finding food that tastes........is for good and good you!!! (ice cream doesn't fall in this category!)

The hard part is finding food that tastes good and is good for you. Now see, instead of ice cream try the soy ice cream...it's healthier and tastes great!!!! Instead of fast food burgers, buy low low low fat meat, wheat buns and make them at home. I'll make OreIda fries and burgers and a salad at home and it's a fraction of the calories of a fast food burger. We also make tacos at home, chili dogs at home. So, we do fast food but at home!!! ask for I'll to if recipes, give you me them you.  |

I'll give you the recipes if you ask me for them.
We do the same at my house, but I just don't have the time to cook with little one. I buy the 93/7 hamburger meat, but I haven't tried the soy ice cream.
buy soy ice I'll the next I get cream time grocerices.
Any suggestions for flavors??

We try them all. Whatever the store has, we buy. We get a lot of food at a store called Trader Joe's. Do you have those where you live?

What did you do this weekend?
I am away from home. I live in Alabama and I left the 17th of novemeber to go visit family (my family and in laws). I go home (finally) and get to see my husband...yipee!
have 7 month me! I my even old with
(We both are ready to go home!!!)

I haven't worked outside the home since April 06
(I did not work outside the house from 1983 until 2001, then I got a part time job. Then I was offered a great job, which is where I work today, 30 hours per week. Of course my business is still very important to me)
