I went to the co-op today and bought a couple of essential oils. My main purpose was to have some to add to the fabric softener I have been making.
While I was there I also bought a huge bucket of dead sea salts and some glycerin. I just made a small jar of bath salts and they smell so good! I can't wait to use them.
I bought lemon oil for the fabric softener and it worked great! btw: I am LOVING that baking soda/vinegar fabric softener it is working great and making everything smell great!

I didn't use a recipe.. I bought a huge tub of dead sea mineral salts at the co-op for around $17.. great deal considering the price of bath salts.. then I took a couple of cups of the salts, added maybe a tablespoon of olive oil and a around 10-15 drops of esssential oil and shook it all up.. if you add a little food coloring (like a drop) you get color and can better see when it's all mixed. I think I added too much olive oil but it was still great!
