I am a computer buff, so I may not know much about socks and other stuff, but when it comes to computers I can help out. A free antivirus that i would highly recommend is avg found at free.grisoft.com. Up at my local school we use the paid version and I use the free version on all four of my computers. It works very well and does not bog the system down. An excellent free firewall can be found at www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/znalm/freeDownload.jspIt is a bit annoying at first until you get the computer profile built up, but after that it is fairly invisible. As far a spyware goes I use Windows defender. Its free and seems to work well enough. No spyware program really works all that well .
