I just went to their website, typed in a date and destination on the right side of the home page, and on the next page I got a pop-up asking if I'd be interested in possibly participating in a phone survey. I filled out the short questionnaire and got this confirmation page:

If selected, you will be contacted via telephone within 14 days with further details on how the telephone interview will be conducted. Due to large responses, not everyone will be able to participate. Only those contacted via telephone will receive the $75 Amazon.com gift certificate
