I didn't qualify, my kids are too young and too old! Parents: Do you have a young child who struggles with learning to read? Goodman Research Group, a research firm in Cambridge, MA and Reading Rockets of WETA-TV are conducting the study. What you will do: Watch a 30-minute Reading Rockets program that was developed for parents who have an elementary student who struggles with reading. After watching the program, you will complete one brief survey on the Internet telling us what you thought of the program. It should take approximately 30 minutes to watch the program and 20 minutes to complete the survey. In order to participate you must meet the following criteria: Have a 5-11 year-old child who struggles with reading Have a DVD player Have access to the Internet As a thank you for your participation, parents will receive a $50 stipend once Goodman Research Group, Inc. receives the completed survey. The program will also be yours to keep. To participate in the study, please call or email Claire Brown at Goodman Research Group (toll free 1-866-577-4377 or brown@grginc.com). If you know any friends or family who also might be interested in the study, please ask them to contact us. Thanks for your help!
