That starting today I would switch things up and start trying the low/no carb plan. (I get to have CHEESE!)... haha..
Found out it's MUCH harder than I thought! Everything I have in the house seems to include carbs... Off to visit the fruit and veggie stand this afternoon to stock up on healthy goodies!

I think I have changed my mind. I just did some research and it sounds like there are lots of good carbs and we need them for energy. Just stay away from the bad ones.. fruits, veggies and whole grains are good things... Gotta tell myself.. stick with the tried and true.

I love bread, pasta etc. No carbs would be pretty near impossible for me.

I did pretty well yesterday. I made a huge pot of homemade vegetable beef soup. With soup I LOVE cheesy bread. I usually buy the big loaf of french bread to make it. Yesterday I bought the baguette style bread instead AND it was multi grain! It was pretty yummy.
For breakfast this morning I skipped the cereal and went european style instead, cantalope, ham and cheese. It was so good, I want to go get some shaved meats and extra thin slices of cheeses to make it healthier and better.

I did not work out for more days than I care to not work out. I was feeling pretty awful. I got to the gym today and am happy. I also kept my calories down today. Yay!!!!

Congrats! Were you feeling awful because you weren't working out or not working out because you were feeling awful? Either way.. glad you are feeling better and doing great on the calories!

I wasn't feeling good because I didn't work out. It's been a bad week for me. I've eaten out, eaten junk food etc. Today is a new day and I have a new attitude

Good for you ! I can't stick to a diet. I do watch my calorie intake.
Its hard being allergic to fresh fruit. I'd love to eat apples, grapes & bananas. I can't have them, so I start looking at the bad munchies.
